AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING::
Aeronautical engineering branch is offered in quite a few colleges in our state. This branch is dealt only in JNTU affiliated colleges, there is no such type of course dealt in OU. It is easy to learn unlike other ones. The good thing about the syllabus is that it also includes subjects regarding Space. And there is also a proposal to rename Aeronautical Engineering to Aerospace Engineering. Till date, the course is called as Aeronautical Engineering only……
In this course we deal with the airplane and rocket engineering.

- Engineering mechanics.
- Aerodynamics.
- Propulsion.
- Flight mechanics.
- Structures.
- Space mechanics.
- Computational aerodynamics.
- Helicopter engineering
- flight vehicle design
job opportunities:
There are only limited number of job opportunities, a student entering into this course should not wholly depend up on jobs but should opt for higher studies. There are only few companies which involve aero projects. these companies may involve projects on structures and propulsion.

COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING ::
CSE and IT are actually very much similar branches. According to JNTU syllabus, both differ in a maximum of 4-6 subjects and there exists a difference in the order in which we encounter a few subjects. In OU syllabus, IT is more theoretical and CSE is more practical; but that difference is not very big.So, don’t try to underestimate IT.
Basics of Intermediate:
These branches require almost no basics of Physics and Chemistry. Only good amount of Mathematics will be useful

- Software Engineering
- Database Management Systems
job opportunities :
This field has the highest no. of jobs and very high salaries. Posts like Software Developer, Team Lead, ProjectManager, Program Manager, Analyst, Tester etc. are the ones for which we are eligible and they exist in almost all Software companies.
A feeling that “Software Industry is down and will not come back to its previous state” is there within everyone’s mind. But that’s not exactly true. The current Economic Crisis (Recession) has effected every industry right from banking sector to automobile sector and hence the software industry. Our media covers more news on Software industry, so we all know only about them.
